The idea to build PingMi comes from our challenges in the discovery process.  Even in startups, collecting all product data and getting insights without personal biases could be hard. That's why we decided to build PingMi. Product management tool to convert customer feedback and requests into AI insights, build data-driven priorities, and align teamwork and stakeholders' expectations around a clear product strategy.
