Zoom integration

Sync your Zoom account (paid account will be needed) with PingMi to analyze call transcripts in auto-pilot mode and get product insights in PingMi.


How to connect:

  1. Go to the Connect page in PingMi and switch on the toggle in Zoom card to start Zoom integration.




2. Allow PingMi to access your Zoom account (pro account will be needed).



3. After you run calls in Zoom PingMi will analyze call transcript and find product insights to understand Voice of Customers. Insights will be linked with the original call transcript.


Insights will be added to PingMi automatically after a Zoom call ends and a call transcript is saved as a source. PingMi analyzes transcripts only from recorded calls in Zoom, to disable logging insights in PingMi - disable call recording in Zoom.  PingMi gets only the transcript processed by Zoom, the video is stored on the Zoom side.


How to uninstall the PingMi app:

  1. As an account owner or admin, sign in to your Zoom account from the Zoom Marketplace

  2. In the top-right corner, click Manage.

  3. In the navigation menu, click Added Apps.

  4. Locate the PingMi App app from the list, and click Remove.

  5. Confirm the dialog and click Remove.
